Kalu Kode is currently a single-founder company. AI agents are used throughout development to increase throughput, but they operate inside increasingly strict evidence, evaluation, and change-control systems. That tension—AI is extremely useful, yet must not become its own source of truth—is central to both KodeBack and KodeProof.
The company is bootstrapped from the beginning. The immediate goal is not to manufacture the appearance of scale. It is to prove that the technical system solves a valuable, repeatable problem and to find the first organizations willing to shape and pay for that outcome.
